MELIDEICE on the lake 2023
Dear friends of MelideICE,
the much appreciated Christmas village on the shore of the lake returns this year, from December 1st, 2023 to January 14th, 2024, within the evocative setting of the municipal Lido of Melide.
MelideIce, now in its ninth edition, offers an outdoor meeting place for families and gives all ice skating lovers, primarily children and young people from the region, the opportunity to practice sports while having fun. The formula proposes the huge 525 m2 natural ice rink with views of the lake and the surrounding mountains as well as the popular offer of food & drinks, leaving aside events at least for this year.
As per tradition, every morning of the pre-holiday period the track will be made available to the students of the elementary schools in the district, while every afternoon and weekend it will be open to the public. With the start of the school holidays, free skating will be possible every day from 11:00 to 22:00.
Entrance to the track is free and visitors will be able to rent skates at very affordable prices. The magic of MelideICE awaits you, fun is guaranteed!

Where we are
MelideICE is located directly on the lake, near the CALA Restaurant and Lounge bar. Numerous public parking spaces are available nearby. The Melide train station is a short walk away.
